 No Refund Policy

  We do not offer refunds on any products once the order is placed and delivered.

 Return Policy

  Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect item delivered.

  • Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Once our authorized agent verifies the issue, we will approve the return.

Return approval depends completely on our internal quality verification.

After approval:

  • We may provide a replacement (subject to availability).

  • No cash refunds will be issued.
